Thai Yoga Bodywork is a therapeutic, meditative practice that blends assisted stretching, acupressure, energy balancing, and breathwork to restore harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in ancient traditions, Thai Yoga Massage offers many of the same benefits as a yoga practice, while allowing you to fully receive and surrender.

Please wear loose, comfortable attire as our sessions are fully clothed.

Everything is provided. Sessions take place on a traditional Thai mat, with bolsters and blankets to support your body’s unique needs.

Laura uses hands, feet, knees, and elbows to guide you through assisted stretches and apply therapeutic pressure.
